QuiltCon2025 Recap

Kelli Grogan

My QuiltCon experience this year was amazing!  I was able to meet some people that I have followed for a long time and made some new friends.  I traveled with family and met up with friends who are artistic geniuses that are precious to me.

I was so grateful for the time and the experience and got some great new inspiration.  Stay tuned as I do a shopping reveal (SO many freaking purchases) and very shortly, I will start working on Karlee Porter’s Graffiti Quilting book as I prepare for the class to begin in July!  I’ll be posting some content that follows my progress into this amazing form of free-motion quilting!

If you’d like to join me, you can sign up for Karlee’s class at early bird pricing.  Not only do you get a beautiful book filled with QR Codes you can scan to get to hundreds of tutorials, but you get some very special goodies.  Head over to Instagram and watch Karlee’s story to learn more about what you get!

If you don’t have or don’t use Instagram, I’ll be making a post about all the goodies I got when I signed up.

We can sync up and go through the class together!  Karlee was able to get a LOT of sign-ups at her QuiltCon booth and I am so excited to meet up with everyone and start this personal challenge!  Check out her class and signup details the link below.  I’m so excited to share this journey with you!

This is one of my favorite designs of Karlee’s.  It is embellished with Swarovski hot fix stones that you can’t really see well in this photo.  It became a goal of mine to make something beautiful like this.  It’s my inspiration.

I would love for you to join me on your own journey into free-motion quilting.  Whether you are a seasoned quilter or a complete beginner, like me, it is immersive and highly informative and a great community that you’ll become a permanent part of.  Join me today!
